Hello, Since 2 month we have been trying to get our house refinanced and have Spruce Energy temporarily remove the lien on our house /solar panels in order to clear our title and for the bank to be able to move ahead and approve financing. I did already pay the required fee and send the documents required to the company. However they still have not cleared our title.

Even after writing so many emails or making telephone calls towards making an attempt to repair or provide the service which is causing a lots of pain and deficiency of service especially in this summer when the power generation is at its peak .That would cause loss to me and correspondingly increasing the **** bills which is not serving the purpose of Solar even after paying such a hefty amount.

We (Bank and I) have been communicating with them almost daily and they send the same message over and over again without answering any of the questions or giving supportive advise how to solve this problem.
